What facial balancing means
Facial balancing uses small, precisely placed amounts of dermal filler to bring the features of the face into better proportion with one another — most often the chin, the jawline and the way they relate to the nose and lips in profile. The aim is never to change your face: it's to quietly restore the balance that makes a face read as rested and harmonious. Done well, nobody should be able to say what's different — only that you look well.
This is the area of facial aesthetics where anatomical judgement matters most. A chin that needs 0.5 ml of projection, a jawline shadow that needs support rather than volume, a profile where the real answer is the chin and not the nose — these are assessment decisions before they are injection decisions.
Treatments and prices
Chin filler is £295 (1 ml). Jawline filler is planned and priced individually at your consultation, because the amount of product a jawline genuinely needs varies more than any other area. Where the profile is better served by refining the nose, non-surgical rhinoplasty is £380. All prices include the volume shown, and if more than one area is treated in a session, the plan and total are agreed and confirmed with you before anything begins.
What to expect
Everything starts with a consultation — £50, redeemed in full against your treatment. Olesya will assess your face at rest and in movement, take a careful medical history, and talk honestly about what would genuinely improve balance and what wouldn't. Treatment, if you go ahead, is unhurried and methodical, with written aftercare to take home.
Who it's not right for
Filler can't replicate what surgery does for significant skeletal imbalance, and it isn't the answer where skin laxity, rather than structure, is the real concern. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain autoimmune or skin conditions, or have an event in the next fortnight, Olesya will tell you to wait. If balancing work won't help you, the consultation is where you'll hear that plainly.
Why a dentist?
Over 20 years of clinical experience as a dentist brings extensive knowledge of the anatomy of the lower face — the jaw, chin and the muscles and nerves around them are a dentist's daily territory. Why a dentist is a good choice for facial aesthetics.
