Who we are
This website is operated by Olesya Pavlova Facial Aesthetics (“we”, “us”), the practice of Mrs Olesya Pavlova, a GDC-registered dentist (GDC No. 156643), based at Send Therapy Rooms, 175 Send Road, Send, Woking, Surrey GU23 7ET. What we collect
When you contact us through an enquiry or booking form, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, telephone number (if given), preferred contact method, general area of concern, any preferred dates, how you heard about us, and your message. Our forms ask you not to include detailed or urgent medical information; your medical history is collected separately through an appropriate clinical process.
Our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We also use privacy-focused website analytics to understand overall usage (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange your appointment. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the practice, and taking steps at your request prior to providing a service. Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and reliability of the site.
How it is stored and protected
Enquiries are sent to us by email and handled by Olesya. The website and its form-handling are hosted with third-party providers, and enquiry emails are delivered through a third-party email service. These providers may process data on servers located outside the UK; where that is the case, appropriate safeguards are used. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate the website and deliver our emails (for example, our hosting and email providers), and where we are required to do so by law. We do not use your enquiry for marketing without your separate, optional consent.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to you becoming a patient, we keep the correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and then securely delete it. If you become a patient, your clinical records are retained in line with the professional record-keeping requirements that apply to dental care.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to data portability, in each case subject to the limits in data-protection law. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us first so we can help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and analytics
We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies to track you and does not collect personal data for advertising. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
Some pages embed third-party content that may set its own cookies or process your IP address when it loads — for example an embedded Google Map on our contact section, and web fonts served by Google. If you follow links to external sites (such as Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp), those services have their own privacy policies.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
